| The spreadclient is available in different versions. Some of them are published under the General Public License (GPL) and others are published as Freeware. Please be sure to use the latest release. The archives, binaries and source code files do not contain virus or worm elements. Due to the partial open-source nature of the project you are able to check the source code yourself to find potential dangerous code blocks. Furthermore, scan every download with your own anti-virus software to be sure that no unwanted infection took place. With some browsers you are able to run the spreadclient as ActiveX object.
